Wasatch Manor is a senior apartment complex for those 62 or older.
Market Rate Units:
55 Age Waiver
Wasatch Manor temporarily has an age waiver from HUD allowing applicants 55 and older. This waiver is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2018.
Community Smoking Policy
Wasatch Manor is a smoke-free community. Due to second-hand health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual units, common areas or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance except in outdoor designated areas.
Wasatch Manor is currently only accepting applications for our large Studio Units (nearly 400 s.f.). Residents transfers are allowed.
