Riverwalk Village is a new apartment and townhome community for low-income families in St. George, Utah. The property, which opens later this summer, is situated adjacent to the Virgin River and offers new residents incredible views of canyon country. 

The new community of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes offers 15 different floorplans, a new walking/biking path, community gardens, a playground, computer center, a fenced dog park and more.

Eligibility

Riverwalk Village is an affordable family property funded through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Residents will need to income qualify for these lower rent units. Thirteen of the rental units in At Riverwalk Village are market units and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.

Community Smoking Policy

Riverwalk Village is a smoke-free building. Due to second-hand smoke health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual units, common areas or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.
