Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible to live in one of your apartments?

Our properties are for low-income senior citizens or people requiring the features of a mobility unit. Some properties can only accept people with physical disabilities, while others only accept seniors. A “senior” is 62 and older, however, several properties are able to accept those 55 and older due to a temporary age waiver from HUD.

Can I see a vacant or model apartment?

Please contact the property manager at the property where you are interested in living to check for availability of units to show. If there is a unit available, our property manager will be glad to show it to you.

How do I get on a waitlist for the next available apartment?

In order to get on a waitlist, you must fill out an application and submit it to the desired property. When filling out the application make sure that you don’t leave out any information, as this will slow down the approval process.
