COMMUNITY SMOKING POLICY

Calvary Tower is working toward becoming a smoke-free building.  Residents who currently move-in to
Calvary Tower will not be allowed to smoke in their apartments or common areas of the building or outside
 the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.  Residents who moved in prior to July 1, 2007 are "grandfathered in" and are allowed to smoke inside their individual apartments.
