Eligibility

Canyon Cove Housing is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

Community Smoking Policy

Canyon Cove Housing is working toward becoming a smoke-free complex. Residents who currently move-in to Canyon Cove Housing will not be allowed to smoke in their apartments or community room or outside the buildings within 25 feet of any building entrance. Residents who moved in prior to July 1, 2007 are "grandfathered in" and are allowed to smoke inside their individual apartments.
