Physically Disabled Housing

Graham Court is a modern open court property with spacious two-bedroom apartments specifically designed to support individuals with physical disabilities. The property includes many amenities such as washers and dryers, garbage disposals, side-by-side refrigerators, roll-in showers and microwaves. 

Eligibility

Residents must have a documented physical disability and meet eligibility requirements based on gross income. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other eligibility requirements.

Community Smoking Policy

Graham Court is a smoke-free building. Due to second-hand smoke health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual apartments, common areas, or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.
