Eligibility

Fellowship Manor is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

55 Age Waiver

Fellowship Manor temporarily has an age waiver allowing the property to accept applicants 55 and older. This waiver may expire on September 30, 2013.
