Unions Gardens is located on the outskirts of Ogden with shopping, restaurants and bus lines nearby. Balconies help afford beautiful views of mountains surrounding areas.  Community room, lobby, and laundry areas have been remodeled recently.  Many social activities give residents an opportunity to make new friends.

Eligibility

Union Gardens is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

55 Age Waiver

Union Gardens temporarily has an age waiver from HUD allowing them to accept applicants 55 and older. This waiver may expire on September 30, 2010.

Community Smoking Policy

Union Gardens is a smoke free community.
