Eligibility

Three Link Tower is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

55 Age Waiver

Three Link Tower has a temporary age waiver from HUD allowing the property to accept applicants 55 and older. This waiver may expire on July 31, 2013.
