Eligibility

St. Mark's Gardens is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

Smoke-Free Community

St. Mark's Gardens is a smoke-free community. Due to second-hand smoke health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual units, common areas or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.
