Calvary Tower is an excellent housing community for a culturally diverse population of Seniors in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Great downtown location convenient to shopping, medical services and cultural activities.

Eligibility

Calvary Tower is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

Community Smoking Policy

Calvary Tower is working toward becoming a smoke-free building. Residents who currently move-in to Calvary Tower will not be allowed to smoke in their apartments or common areas of the building or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance. Residents who moved in prior to July 1, 2007 are "grandfathered in" and are allowed to smoke inside their individual apartments.
