Wasatch Manor is a large, active community with plenty of activities and opportunities to be involved and make friends.It is conveniently located near the library, senior center, shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

Eligibility

Wasatch Manor is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62.  Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

55 Age Waiver

Wasatch Manor temporarily has an age waiver from HUD allowing them to accept applicants 55 and older. This waiver may expire on December 31, 2010.

Community Smoking Policy

Wasatch Manor is a smoke-free community. Due to second-hand smoke health concerns for our residents and their guests, smoking is not allowed in the building, including individual units, common areas or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance.

Availability

Wasatch Manor is currently only accepting applications for our large Studio Units (nearly 400 s.f.). Residents may transfer to larger units as they become available.

Wasatch Manor temporarily has an age waiver from HUD allowing them to accept applications for seniors 55 and older instead of 62 and older.
