Eligibility

Mansface Terrace is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

55 Age Waiver

Mansface Terrace temporarily has an age waiver allowing the property to accept applicants 55 and older. This waiver may expire on 5/19/2013. 

 

Community Smoking Policy

Mansface Terrace is working toward becoming a smoke-free building. Residents who currently move-in to Mansface Terrace will not be allowed to smoke in their apartments or common areas of the building or outside the building within 25 feet of any building entrance. Residents who moved in prior to March 1, 2007 are currently "grandfathered in" and are allowed to smoke inside their individual apartments.
