Apartment Manager:  Responsible for overall management, administration and operation of a site specific HUD subsidized apartment building.  Ability to handle heavy workloads, deadline pressures and stacks of paperwork.  Communications skills required as you will deal with staff, residents, vendors and the general public.  You will oversee, supervise, direct, delegate, train and coach a team of project employees depending on size of building.  Responsible for ensuring all HUD rules and regulations are implemented as directed.  Detail oriented and advanced computer skills.

Occupancy Assistant:  Responsible for implementing HUD rules and regulations as required when processing resident verifications and recertification’s.  Collect, prepare and make bank deposits.  Assure all paperwork is verified, signed, dated and completed by specific timeline/deadline as required.  Maintain housing application waitlist and eligibility requirements.  Work with residents on a daily basis.

Maintenance Technician:  Working knowledge of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other related building maintenance work.  Understand and follow safety guidelines set forth by employer, OSHA and other regulatory entities.  Ability to work with coworkers, management, residents, vendors, contractors and general public.  Carry a pager to respond to afterhours building threatening emergencies.  Keep an inventory, purchase supplies, obtain bids on various projects and prioritize building work orders and projects.
